With 12 years of experience, retailers in 36 countries and 2 000 points of sale worldwide, Grace & Mila doesn’t stop growing. Founded in 2012 by Patricia, Julie and Patrick Chou, the brand thrives, thanks to ready to wear collections that capture the essence of the times and translate it into a practical and refined wardrobe.
A Who’s Next Success Story
With around 600 points of sale in France and a strong presence in Europe, the brand now tackles Asia and North America. As per Operations Director Tom Van Hove, the brand is currently repositioning itself towards even more precise collections, using better quality and more natural fabrics.
After over 24 Who’s Next sessions, the brand knows the trade show by heart and approaches each new session with the same goal: to grow even bigger. “We consider it a very important gathering, especially the September session, during which buyers from the overseas departments come to visit us." says Tom Van Hove.
Leading one of the largest B2B distribution networks, Grace & Mila refines it season after season with the help of Fashop, a wholesale prospection tool that has become a key support for its new distribution strategy. Long considered the high-end brand of its retailers, the brand now wishes to position itself as the entry level of more premium stores.
The Pages Mode directory: a catalyst for a new positioning
Enters Pages Mode, another string to Fashop’s bow. The first directory for French ready to wear lists around 4 000 brands and over 24 000 stores, allowing a quick and intuitive search of a brand’s points of sale.
A new affiliation service also offers brands increased visibility on the platform, a true benefit for Grace & Mila.
“We use Fashop to target new areas, and Pages Mode to promote them” says Tom Van Hove. “The directory allows customers to find us anywhere in France. It’s a smart tool whose image matches that of Grace & Mila, so why not enjoy it?”
