WHO'S NEXT, PREMIERE CLASSE, MATTER AND SHAPE, IMPACT, BIJORHCA, SALON INTERNATIONAL DE LA LINGERIE and INTERFILIERE PARIS.
We have been organising events for 30 years at the Porte de Versailles (late January and early September) and in the Jardin des Tuileries during Paris Fashion Week (early March and early October).
Our events enable French and international brands and designers to present their collections, materials and solutions to buyers and fashion professionals from around the world.
WSN is a subsidiary of the Comexposium group, one of the world's leading event organisers, with 135 events organised worldwide each year.
WSN, a key player in the organisation of trade shows, is looking for an account manager to support the sales team of the International Lingerie Show and Interfilière Paris.
MISSIONS
The Customer Account Manager supports the sales team by providing a first level of information to brands and interfacing with sales staff. He/she also provides support for the sales department.
As such, its main tasks are to:
- Respond to enquiries from customers and prospects (exhibitors).
- Helping to organise and manage selection committees (collecting data and missing information from applicants, presenting applications to sales teams, sending responses to brands, updating application tracking media).
- Provide administrative support for the sales team (internal and external): set up accounts, create quotations, send documents and information on trade fairs, etc.
- Handle daily requests from sales staff (extractions, preparation of files for emailings, etc.)
- Supporting the sales team in follow-ups and requests for information from brands for our various media
- Enhance and update the database: regularly update the database of exhibitors and prospects
- Helping to prospect for new brands
- Assist the sales team with payment reminders and invoice entry
PROFIL REQUIRED
- Student with at least 3 years of higher education (business, marketing or communications school)
- Comfortable using IT tools, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of the Salesforce sales management tool is a real plus
- You speak and write fluent professional English.
- You are organised, curious and enjoy working as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Your analytical skills, ability to understand the issues at stake, organisational skills, rigour and responsiveness will enable you to get up and running quickly.
- You are looking for a 2-year work-linked training course to start as soon as possible in 2025
