WSN is the organiser of international fashion, lingerie and design events in Paris: Who's Next, Bijorhca, Premiere Classe, Salon international de la Lingerie, Interfilière Paris and Matter and Shape.


We have been organising events for 30 years at the Porte de Versailles and in the Jardin des Tuileries during Paris Fashion Week.


Our events enable French and international brands, creators and designers to present their collections and solutions to buyers and fashion professionals from all over the world.

THE POSITION

At the heart of organizing our trade shows, you are a true key point of contact for exhibitors. Your main mission: ensure smooth preparation and an optimal experience for every participant.
In concrete terms, you will be involved at every stage of their journey.

Your missions (at the heart of the action)

- Exhibitor relations & support

  • Be the main point of contact for exhibitors (email & phone)
  • Respond to their requests: badges, buyer invitations, furniture orders, etc.
  • Guide them at every stage to facilitate their participation in the trade show

- Consulting & stand customization

  • Support exhibitors in designing their stand
  • Advise them to optimize their visibility and layout
  • Validate their setup proposals

- Operational order management

  • Receive, process, and verify exhibitor orders
  • Ensure proper integration of information into the trade show floor plan
  • Ensure consistency and compliance of requests

- Quality monitoring & coordination

  • Check all services planned for the stands (signage, furniture, equipment, etc.)
  • Anticipate needs and identify any necessary adjustments

- On-site presence during the event

  • Support exhibitors during setup and dismantling
  • Act as an operational relay on site
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the trade show in a dynamic environment

PROFIL REQUIRED

  • Fluency in English
  • You are comfortable using IT tools and have a good command of the Office pack
  • Good writing skills
  • You are rigorous, organised and autonomous
  • You enjoy the world of trade shows and events
  • You know how to manage stressful situations and organise your priorities
