WSN is the organizer of international fashion, lingerie, and design events in Paris: Who’s Next, Bijorhca, Premiere Classe, Salon international de la Lingerie, Interfilière Paris, and Matter and Shape.
We have been organizing events for 30 years at the Porte de Versailles and in the Jardin des Tuileries during Paris Fashion Week.
Our events enable French and international brands, creators, and designers to present their collections and solutions to buyers and fashion professionals from around the world.
WSN is a subsidiary of the Comexposium group, one of the world leaders in events, with 135 events organized worldwide each year.
Position
WSN, a key player in trade show organization, is seeking a Sales Manager (M/F) to support the development of the BIJORHCA trade show.
BIJORHCA is an international trade show dedicated to the expertise of the jewelry, watchmaking, and technical industries related to jewelry. The show also offers sourcing opportunities, allowing participants to explore raw materials, supplies, tools, packaging, and more.
Strategy and Development
- Contribution and recommendations based on shared market knowledge to the development of the marketing plan: competitive analysis, trade show visits, portfolio analysis, identification of development potential, both in France and internationally, identification of trends and innovations…
- Development and implementation of the sales action plan, definition of priorities, based on the strategy defined by the product management team.
- Developing sales pitches for specific target audiences and contributing to the development of general sales pitches
- Proposal of an implementation strategy and optimization of sectorization in conjunction with the sales management
Marketing
- Prospecting, selling and negotiating exhibition spaces and related products with prospective clients to be expanded
- Preparation of sales proposals and quotes; selection of applications for participation
- Stand layout with optimized ratios
- Advice and support for exhibiting brands in organizing their presence at the trade show
Analysis and reporting
- Reporting on the progress of commercialization
- Monitoring payments and following up on outstanding invoices in conjunction with the sales administration department
- Evaluation of sales activities and implementation of corrective actions
- Contribution to the analysis of the performance of our events (debriefings, recommendations, etc.)
Profile
- Candidate passionate about creative industries, particularly the jewelry sector, and ready to actively participate in the development of an international business network.
- Sales training reinforced by significant sales experience
- Mastery of prospecting and negotiation methods
- Hunter and developer temperament
- Interpersonal skills: ability to build and maintain trusting relationships with clients and partners.
- Strategic vision: understanding the needs of businesses and proposing suitable solutions.
- Autonomy and organization: effective management of prospecting, follow-up and coordination.
- International openness: ability to thrive in a multicultural and constantly evolving environment.
- Proficiency in English; another language is a plus
- Proficiency in Salesforce is a plus.
