WSN is the organiser of international fashion and lingerie events in Paris: WHO'S NEXT, PREMIERE CLASSE, IMPACT, TRAFFIC, BIJORHCA, SALON INTERNATIONAL DE LA LINGERIE and INTERFILIERE PARIS.


We've been organising events for 30 years at Porte de Versailles (late January and early September) and in the Jardin des Tuileries during Paris Fashion Week (early March and early October).


Our events enable French and international brands and designers to present their collections, materials and solutions to buyers and fashion professionals from all over the world.


WSN is a subsidiary of the Comexposium group, one of the world's leading event organisers, with 135 events organised worldwide every year.


JOB DESCRIPTION

Once a year, Paris becomes the world capital of lingerie. Buyers from 100 countries, iconic brands, and emerging designers gather for a week that sets the pace for an entire industry, because lingerie is no longer just a functional product: it's a fashion category in its own right, with its own trends, silhouettes, and seasonal collections.


We're recruiting the person who will build, edition after edition, the offering that makes the event a reality.


Your playground


The Salon International de la Lingerie (International Lingerie Show) is the world's leading event for bodywear (lingerie, swimwear, loungewear, activewear), where major brands rub shoulders with the most creative independent labels. It takes place every January at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, under the auspices of WSN/Comexposium.


The rest of the year, you'll be marketing Curve Paris, the bodywear section of Who's Next: the same world of brands, continued relationships with your exhibitors. You'll be working at WSN/Comexposium from offices located at La Caserne, the fashion incubator in the heart of Paris's 10th arrondissement.


Your role will be

to develop and sell.

  • Build and manage your portfolio of exhibiting brands, in France and internationally.
  • Identify new players in the sector (lingerie, swimwear, loungewear, activewear) and convince the best to join the edition
  • Negotiating exhibition spaces and packaged offers, from standard options to tailor-made solutions


Advising & Supporting

  • Becoming the key contact for your exhibitors, from contract signing to stand setup
  • Propose the best setup strategy to maximize their visibility at the trade show
  • Actively participate in post-event debriefings and recommendations


Contribute to the strategy

  • Share your market insights to inform your marketing plan: competitor monitoring, portfolio analysis, industry trends
  • Identify new development opportunities and propose them to the sales management


Desired profile

You have 5 to 10 years of sales experience in fashion or the creative industries. You understand the industry's codes (lingerie, swimwear, ready-to-wear) and the challenges of fashion: collection cycles, brand positioning, and international presence. You're not afraid of prospecting.

  • A genuine fashion culture and an awareness of the bodywear sector
  • A developer's temperament: you enjoy acquiring new clients as much as building loyalty.
  • Rigorous follow-up, attentive listening in the relationship, tenacity in negotiation
  • Fluent English (another language is a real plus)
  • Proficiency in Salesforce is preferred.
