WSN DEVELOPPEMENT is the organizing company behind international Fashion, Design, and Lingerie events: WHO'S NEXT, PREMIERE CLASSE, MATTER AND SHAPE, IMPACT, BIJORHCA, SALON INTERNATIONAL DE LA LINGERIE, and INTERFILIERE PARIS.
We have been organizing events for over 30 years at Porte de Versailles (late January and early September) and in the Jardin des Tuileries during Paris Fashion Week (early March and early October). Our events allow French and international brands to present their collections to professional buyers from around the world, while also connecting with all key players in the industry.
WSN's ambition is to offer fashion retailers physical and digital solutions to grow their business year-round, building on its long-standing expertise as an organizer of professional fashion events.
Our offices are located in Paris (75010), within La Caserne, the largest sustainability accelerator dedicated to the fashion and luxury industry in Europe.

MISSIONS
To support our development plan, we are recruiting, on a permanent contract (CDI), our future: Financial Controller.
As the right hand of the Administrative and Finance Director (RAF), you will join a matrix, multi-business organization and take charge of a scope covering several entities. Acting as support to the operational teams, your responsibilities include the following areas:
Operational financial control
- Preparing and monitoring annual and multi-year budgets
- Acting as the interface between business and operations by providing insight into the financial monitoring of trade shows
- Weekly monitoring of trade show sales
- Weekly cash flow monitoring
- Analytical monitoring (analytical validation of invoices and quotes in coordination with operational teams)
- Rolling forecast for trade shows
- Financial control of support functions (HR / IT / Travel…)
Support for new business lines
- Supporting new business lines in defining and formalizing their Business Plan and monitoring their activity
- Setting up and administering a financial management platform
Data reliability and cross-functional analysis
- Acting as the guarantor of figures, particularly data and dashboards from Salesforce (quality, consistency, reliability)
- Carrying out various ad hoc analyses (sales performance, marketing, operational monitoring…) to produce actionable insights and recommendations for management and the teams
Overall, and reporting to the RAF, you will oversee the accounting and financial control of several entities and ensure the reliability of financial information.
The company is part of the Comexposium group, for which you will provide monthly financial reporting, quarterly closings (March / June / September) via the BFC tool, and prepare shareholder meetings.
As responsibilities evolve, you may also be asked to provide administrative support in monitoring and renewing general services contracts.
PROFILE
- You hold a Master's degree from a Business or Engineering School, with a specialization in Finance / Audit / Financial Control
- You have at least 3 years of experience in the field
- You are recognized for your rigor, analytical skills, and ability to ensure data reliability
- You have strong Excel skills and ideally experience with Salesforce or an equivalent CRM
- You are comfortable working in a matrix, multi-business, and evolving environment
