JOB
As a Campaign Manager working as part of the communications team, you will be responsible for the digital communications roadmap relating to email campaigns and newsletters for all WSN exhibitions, both visitors and exhibitors.
Your role will lie at the crossroads between strategic vision and operational execution. You will coordinate communications over time, working closely with the show managers to ensure effective and consistent sequencing of speaking engagements.
MISSIONS
- Define and manage a multi-show digital campaign roadmap: planning, prioritisation, targeting, content, etc..
- Acting as the main point of contact for show managers, building strategies tailored to the challenges of each event, while maintaining a cross-functional vision.
- Creating and sending email campaigns and newsletters via Pardot and Mailchimp (including testing, targeting, automation and reporting).
- Working with the content, graphics and data teams to deliver campaigns that are effective, attractive and meaningful.
- Analyse performance and continuously adjust campaigns according to KPIs: open rate, click rate, conversion rate, unsubscribe rate, etc.
- Manage a work-study student, and occasionally coordinate operational teams in the field at trade fairs.
- Actively participating in the search for graphic codes, respecting brand universes and aligning with the fashion and creative sensibility specific to each event.
PROFIL REQUIRED
- Solid experience in CRM / e-mail marketing (3 to 5 years), ideally in an events, fashion or lifestyle environment.
- Mastery of Mailchimp and Pardot, and you're not afraid to get your hands dirty with HTML code
- You've got a flair for graphics and fashion, and you know a good visual from a bad one.
- The ability to structure a macro vision while ensuring smooth execution on several fronts at the same time.
- You're a team player with good interpersonal skills, and you like working in the field: going to trade fairs, managing teams, adapting presentations to real-life needs.
- Be curious, rigorous, agile and at ease in a constantly changing environment.
- Organisation, attention to detail and impeccable spelling
- Being bilingual in French and English is a real plus.
