WSN DEVELOPPEMENT is the leading organizer of fashion trade events in Paris: WHO'S NEXT, PREMIERE CLASSE, MATTER AND SHAPE, SHOPPE OBJECT PARIS, BIJORHCA, SALON INTERNATIONAL DE LA LINGERIE, and INTERFILIERE PARIS.


Our events take place at Porte de Versailles (late January, July, and early September) and in the Jardin des Tuileries during Paris Fashion Week (early March and late September).


They provide French and international brands with the opportunity to showcase their collections to professional buyers from around the world while connecting with key players across the fashion industry.

MISSIONS

As an Assistant Project Manager – Partnerships & Experiences, you will work across all of the group's trade shows, with responsibilities that evolve depending on each project, event, and brand identity.
You will support the Partnerships & Experiences team in developing, structuring, and delivering creative and strategic collaborations.

Your responsibilities will include:
Identifying and prospecting strategic partners
Researching new partners (brands, media, institutions, designers, etc.) and monitoring market trends and opportunities.
Developing partnership proposals
Contributing to the creation of commercial proposals, creative recommendations, and presentation materials.
Designing and managing experiences
Helping to develop creative activations and visitor experiences (entertainment, installations, conferences, content, etc.), while contributing to the design and implementation of scenographic and technical concepts on-site.
Operational partnership management
Coordinating and monitoring partnerships before, during, and after events, including briefings, on-site implementation, activation supervision, and post-event reporting.
Research and innovation
Monitoring trends across fashion, retail, events, innovation, and brand experience to identify new creative and business opportunities.

PROFILE

● Currently pursuing a degree in Communication, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field (Bachelor's +3 to Master's level)
● Strong interest in fashion, design, and the creative and cultural industries
● Creative mindset, curiosity, and a proactive attitude
● Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
● Fluent in both French and English
● Proficiency with presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva)
● Entrepreneurial mindset and initiative are highly valued

Conditions
