WSN

WSN is the organizer of international fashion, lingerie, and design events in Paris: Who’s Next, Bijorhca, Premiere Classe, Salon international de la Lingerie, Interfilière Paris, and Matter and Shape.

We have been organizing events for 30 years at the Porte de Versailles and in the Jardin des Tuileries during Paris Fashion Week.

Our events enable French and international brands, creators, and designers to present their collections and solutions to buyers and fashion professionals from around the world.

WSN is a subsidiary of the Comexposium group, one of the world leaders in events, with 135 events organized worldwide each year.



MISSION

The Creative/Artistic Director designs and oversees the visual, conceptual and experiential identity of WSN Group projects.

He/she devises strong, innovative concepts in line with the ‘Business & Emotions’ philosophy and ensures their high-quality execution and strategic relevance.

His/her mission is to guarantee the aesthetic, emotional and operational consistency of all the group's brands and events.


POSITION

  • Promote the group's overall creative vision and ensure artistic consistency across the various entities.
  • Translate brand values and image into immersive and inspiring experiences through campaigns and scenography.
  • Unite and lead internal and external creative teams to promote WSN's reputation and influence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Design & Art Direction

  • Define visual and scenographic concepts for trade shows, campaigns, installations, press presentations, and tenders.
  • Create visual identity territories: moodboards, storytelling, style guides, and graphic guidelines.
  • Oversee all aspects of art direction, including graphic design, photography, video, digital, print, and motion design.
  • Ensure consistency between communication, brand image, and scenography, in collaboration with event teams.
  • Guarantee the coherence and quality of project execution, from concept through to production.

Project Management & Coordination

  • Work closely with the communication, production, experience, commercial, and executive teams.
  • Supervise the creative production process: budgets, timelines, technical choices, and suppliers.
  • Contribute to tenders and client presentations: storytelling, creative rationale, and artistic direction.
  • Ensure alignment between the creative vision and operational constraints (time, cost, feasibility).

Management & Leadership

  • Lead and inspire internal creative teams and external partners.
  • Foster a collective and collaborative spirit within the teams.
  • Encourage research and the development of new creative concepts.
  • Maintain active awareness of trends in fashion, design, art, and visual and digital culture.
  • Build and nurture an international creative network (studios, artists, photographers, talents).

PROFILE

Education and Experience

  • Higher education in design, visual communication, art direction, or branding.
  • Proven experience (minimum 7 to 10 years) in art or creative direction, ideally within the fashion, design, and/or events industries.
  • Strong background in the conception and management of cross-disciplinary creative projects (campaigns, identities, experiences).

Skills

  • Excellent visual, fashion, and lifestyle culture, with a solid understanding of brand challenges.
  • Mastery of the entire creative process: identity, imagery, photography, video, digital, and scenography.
  • Rigorous, detail-oriented, and highly organised, with strong project management skills.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and the ability to advocate for creative ideas.
  • Proficiency in creative software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
  • Professional level of English.
